Mailboxes are a specific style and the maintenance is a homeowner’s responsibility; this includes painting and lettering. Below are vendors that can assist you.

Street light out - Street lights are paid for by LFUCG and serviced by KU. Please relay the nearest street address of the street light in question.

 

Missed trash pick up - trash cans should be at the curb no longer than about 24 hours. Should your trash can be missed as LFUCG, call as soon as possible and give them your address for a secondary pick up. Many times it is the same day.

 

 

Call LexCall at 311 or (859) 425-2255 and give address of the damaged or unsafe sidewalk. The repair is the responsibility of the homeowner.

You can call the Non Emergency number above to report a car parked on the street illegally or for an excessive period of time.

Street trees are required and must be maintained by the homeowner.

 

There are architectural requirements and restrictions in our HOA; to ensure your project is within HOA deed restrictions, please complete an ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATION REQUEST FORM (AMR).
