About Us

 

Located on the original Hamburg Horse Farm, just minutes from downtown Lexington, Kentucky and near the I-75/I-64 southern corridor, the West Wind Homeowners Association formally known as the Hamburg Homeowners Association, Inc. filed their Article of Incorporation with the State of Kentucky in 1998 as a non-profit organization.  In 2020, West Wind HOA voted to split from the Hamburg HOA and have their own respective HOA and are no longer part of the Hamburg association. West Wind filed their own articles of incorporation in 2021 .  The West Wind association is also included in the Master Association of Hamburg Place.
